    Coating floor for a distressed industrial look

    Our process: We used a variable speed planetary grinder with a vacuum system, washed the floor multiple times, caulked selective joints, repaired concrete, applied blue metallic coloring to the steps and entryway, and applied two coats of clear polyspartic.
